Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the Odisha region. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to drive business growth and expansion in this key market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve state-level sales targets for aggregates.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine and adjust sales strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the state sales team, ensuring they are motivated and aligned with company goals.
  • Set sales targets and KPIs for team members, monitor their performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives as needed.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the state.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, distributors, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams. They will be able to analyze complex data, think strategically, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around ₹15 lakhs per annum, based on industry standards and the level of responsibility involved. This figure may vary depending on the individual's qualifications and experience.
