Job Title: Finance Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Executive to support our finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing budgets, forecasts, and reports, as well as providing strategic financial guidance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for updating project/client data for informed decision-making and accurate reporting. They will create charts and summary tables for easy data visualization and analysis, and ensure timely reconciliation of project/client data with organizational databases and accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update Project/Client Data: Ensure that all project/client data is up-to-date and accurate, enabling informed decision-making and efficient reporting.
  • Chart and Table Creation: Develop clear and concise charts and summary tables to facilitate data visualization and analysis.
  • Timely Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile project/client data with organizational databases and accounts to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Report Preparation: Create detailed reports on projects and clients, highlighting key issues and areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree: A degree in a relevant field such as accounting or finance is essential.
  • Experience in Finance Team: 2+ years of experience working in a finance team is required.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Decision-Making Skills: The ability to make sound decisions quickly and confidently is critical.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills are essential for maintaining accurate financial details and meeting deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Google G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) is required.
