In this role, you'll:

  • Design scalable backend systems to support high-traffic applications.
  • Write efficient, reusable code that aligns with best practices and company standards.
  • Manage project priorities and deliverables with technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams on user-facing products.
  • Mentor teammates and set high technical standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or related fields.
  • 4+ years of experience as a backend developer.
  • Proficient in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Django, Fast API, or similar frameworks.
  • Familiarity with GenAI stack.
  • Strong knowledge of database systems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in Scalability and Performance Optimization.
  • Strong coding, logical, and problem-solving abilities.
