Senior Software Architect Role

We're seeking a seasoned software architect to spearhead the development of core systems, shape architecture decisions, and drive technological innovation.

  • Core Systems Development: Own and build services like Orchestrator, droneAI APIs, and rider ops tooling.
  • Infrastructure & DevOps: Deploy and manage AWS infrastructure, including RDS, Redis, OSRM servers, ECS/Fargate, VPCs, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • AI/ML Integration: Productionize demand prediction, rider assignment, and fleet balancing models.
  • Execution & Leadership: Translate architecture into production code, keeping things simple and reliable, while defining best practices and reviewing code.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • 5–8 years of experience building and shipping backend systems, with a strong focus on Go and Python.
  • A deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and API design.
  • Experience with the AWS stack, including EC2, RDS/Postgres, Redis, and networking basics.
  • Comfort with DevOps tools, such as Terraform, GitHub Actions, Docker, and ECS.
  • Bonus skills include geospatial systems, real-time platforms, or ML inference integration.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, excited about ownership, ambiguity, and speed over perfection.
