Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that issues are resolved within pre-defined quality standards.
- Supervise and handle customer escalation issues, maintaining effective communication and providing sound resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to provide speedy resolution and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Employ a proactive approach to resolving customer queries, involving various departments as necessary to ensure quick resolution.
- Accountable for Internal Audits and familiar with RBI, NCH portal for complaint reporting and resolution.
- Aware of Internal Ombudsman Mechanism.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is an asset.
