Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Track shipments and ensure timely updates are provided to customers.
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally via email and phone.
- Provide end-to-end updates to customers on the status of their shipment.
- Make and receive both incoming and outgoing calls regarding courier services.
- Coordinate with internal teams (dispatch, operations, and delivery) for smooth shipment flow.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.
- Resolve complaints quickly and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and courteous service.
- Prepare and manage daily reports using Excel (tracking sheets, delivery reports, etc.).
- Follow company guidelines and ensure compliance with service standards.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent Communication Skills (both verbal and written Hindi & English)
- Advanced Excel Skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Sorting, Reporting)
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently
- Experience in logistics, courier, or related customer service roles (preferred)
