Warehouse Management System Tester

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled professional to execute comprehensive testing of Warehouse Management System (WMS) functionalities, focusing on Inbound and Outbound modules.

  • Execute thorough testing of WMS functionalities, emphasizing Inbound (receiving, putaway) and Outbound (picking, packing, shipping) processes.
  • Develop, document, and maintain detailed test cases, scripts, and plans based on functional requirements and business operations.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user-acceptance testing across WMS modules.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies using relevant tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Validate system configurations and enhancements against business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test WMS functionalities, including Inbound and Outbound processes.
  • Develop test cases and scripts from scratch.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience testing Infios WMS or similar systems.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and WMS workflows.
  • Proficiency in creating test documentation and managing tools like JIRA or TestRail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
