Warehouse Operations Specialist

As a key member of our operations team, we are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities at our Gurugram warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely completion of warehouse tasks and meet defined performance metrics
  • Manage receipt, storage, value-added servicing, and dispatch of goods efficiently
  • Familiarity with warehouse processes including GRN, FIFO, LIFO, and put-away is required
  • Conduct regular stock audits to maintain high accuracy levels
  • Create monthly, weekly, and daily reports on warehouse performance
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines and procedures
  • Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for dispatches and returns
  • Generate e-way bills, good receipts, and verify vendor invoices as per agreement
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role with e-commerce or fulfillment centers
  • Knowledge of WMS/SAP or similar ERP systems is an added advantage
  • Graduate degree with proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and perform tasks efficiently, working 6 days a week
