Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist

Ensure optimal inventory accuracy and efficiency for all customers in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile inventory levels between WMS and physical stock.
  • Track inward quantities, order processed quantities, and cancelled quantities to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Plan and execute cycle counting schedules for each customer once a month.
  • Coordinate wall-to-wall counts for all customers at least quarterly.
  • Maintain a minimum 99.65% inventory accuracy rate.
  • Reduce inventory loss to less than 0.03%.
  • Collaborate with internal/external auditors to provide required data.
  • Develop procedures to prevent loss of high-value items.
  • Minimize warehouse damages to inventory.
