Interior Fit-out Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should bring strong design expertise, excellent client-handling skills, and the flexibility to visit project sites.

The successful candidate will conceptualise and develop design concepts for corporate, residential, retail, and hospitality projects. They will prepare detailed architectural drawings, interior layouts, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas.

The role involves collaborating with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure flawless execution. The candidate will source materials, furniture, and finishes in line with design, budget, and timelines.

They will conduct site visits to assess conditions, monitor progress, and validate execution against design. Additionally, they will prepare BOQs, quotations, and presentations, and participate in professional client negotiations.

Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources for on-time, quality delivery. The candidate must stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and related tools.
  • 4–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects with a strong portfolio.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (written & spoken English).
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs.
  • Must own a vehicle for office/site commuting.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
