Job Responsibilities
  • Space planning and creating architectural drawings: The successful candidate will possess excellent spatial reasoning skills and proficiency in creating detailed architectural drawings.
  • Designing interior spaces and selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment): Our ideal candidate will have experience in designing functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces and selecting appropriate furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Collaborating with clients and developing design concepts: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as our ideal candidate will work closely with clients to develop tailored design concepts.
  • Ensuring projects meet aesthetic and technical requirements: The successful candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and be able to ensure that all projects meet both aesthetic and technical requirements.
  • Coordinating with professionals for timely project completion: Excellent organizational and time management skills are required to coordinate with various professionals and ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications
  • Skills in Space Planning and Interior Design: Our ideal candidate will possess strong skills in space planning and interior design, including experience with architectural software and knowledge of industry trends.
  • Experience with Architecture and Construction Drawings: Proficiency in creating detailed architectural drawings and understanding of construction principles is essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in selecting and specifying FF&E: Experience in selecting and specifying FF&E is necessary for our ideal candidate to deliver high-quality interior spaces.
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities: A keen eye for detail and creative problem-solving skills are essential for ensuring projects meet both aesthetic and technical requirements.
