  • The role involves utilizing CRM software to update client information and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently while handling multiple phone calls
  • Experience in customer service and maintaining client relationships is a must
  • Proficient in using CRM software and updating client information
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Additional qualifications in sales or customer service are advantageous

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to inquire about their needs and preferences
  • Respond to incoming calls from clients regarding inquiries or concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including call logs and updates to client databases
