We are seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Educational Outreach team at IIT Bombay, you will play a vital role in supporting the design and execution of high-impact educational programs, workshops, and outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will work closely with internal departments, faculty members, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery.

  • Program Planning and Coordination
    • Assist in designing and delivering workshops, certification programs, and outreach events.
    • Coordinate logistics, scheduling, communication, and materials for each program.
  • Sponsor and Stakeholder Engagement
    • Liaise with internal teams, faculty members, and external partners (academic institutions, government bodies, corporate partners).
    • Maintain active communication with participants, mentors, and partners.
  • Operations and Reporting
    • Track project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.
    • Manage databases, generate reports, and ensure documentation and compliance.
  • Content and Communication Support
    • Assist in preparing outreach material, reports, presentations, newsletters, and updates.
    • Collaborate with design and media teams to ensure branding consistency.
  • Tech Platform Management
    • Collaborate with IT and platform vendors for managing LMS, registration portals, and feedback tools.
    • Troubleshoot tech-related issues during program rollout.
  • Evaluation and Improvement
    • Conduct surveys, feedback analysis, and program impact assessments.
    • Recommend improvements based on participant and stakeholder input.
