Healthcare Outreach Program Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our healthcare outreach programs and community health initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with healthcare professionals to facilitate health education, organize events, and assist patients in accessing medical services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate community health programs, camps, and awareness drives to promote healthy lifestyles and prevent disease.
  • Support healthcare professionals in outreach and patient education activities to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records of community visits, patient interactions, and health campaigns to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate communication between healthcare teams and community members to foster strong relationships and promote trust.
  • Develop and implement educational programs on preventive healthcare, hygiene, and healthy lifestyles to empower community members.
  • Assist in mobilizing resources and volunteers for health initiatives to maximize impact and reach.
  • Follow up with patients and community members regarding healthcare services to ensure timely and effective support.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all community activities to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Support logistics and administrative tasks during outreach programs to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; experience in social work, community development, or healthcare preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of community health practices and public awareness campaigns.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams and community members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
