The Role:

We seek highly motivated individuals who can leverage their exceptional communication skills and industry knowledge to onboard admins onto our platform.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and engaging with relevant community admins across various platforms
  • Providing insightful information about Earnpaste's operations and benefits
  • Supporting the onboarding process for interested admins, ensuring they effectively utilize our platform
  • Monitoring admin activity and reporting leads through a collaborative tracker

What You'll Achieve:

  • A competitive commission-based structure, with ₹500 per successful onboarding
  • Performance bonuses for high-volume onboarding
  • Long-term opportunities based on your performance

Your Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and messaging skills
  • Proficiency in English and familiarity with community platforms like Telegram, Discord, Reddit, or others
  • Self-motivation, responsibility, and ability to work independently

Experience Preferred:

While prior experience in community outreach, influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, or digital promotion is beneficial, we prioritize ability and performance over credentials. If you're a motivated self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and deliver results, we want to hear from you.
