About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Marketing and Client Outreach Intern. As an intern, you will be responsible for promoting our brand across various social platforms, business networks, and other channels. This will involve creating engaging content, managing leads, and communicating with existing clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Promote Shotberg's services through social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
  2. Identify and reach out to potential clients via email, phone calls, and social media.
  3. Track, organize, and update leads in our CRM/database.
  4. Communicate project updates, progress reports, and follow-ups with existing clients.
  5. Schedule regular updates, campaigns, and notifications to prospects like Zomato-style notifications for brand recall.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and lead records.
  7. Explore new sectors, businesses, and opportunities for potential collaborations.
  8. Support sales and marketing efforts by assisting in creating outreach content, presentations, and reports.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for database management.
  • Creative thinking and proactive approach.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
