We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager Mental Health and Wellness to lead our initiative in developing a comprehensive mental health program for industrial workers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with experience in healthcare or workforce wellbeing. They will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of our mental health program.
The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify needs, develop strategies, and implement solutions to improve mental health outcomes for our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Program Strategy
- Design and implement a comprehensive mental health program for industrial workers
- Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to inform program development
- Develop and implement program evaluation metrics and reporting systems
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, Safety, Plant Operations, and Corporate leadership
- Communicate program progress and results to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Program Management and Coordination
- Oversee day-to-day program operations and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver program services
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in program management, preferably in healthcare or workforce wellbeing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
