The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and developing innovative solutions in the IT sector. They will possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable IT solutions.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT sales, with at least 1 year focused on Staff Augmentation, Managed Services, or IPA.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable IT solutions.
  • A proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and resolving challenges.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
