At TekPillar®, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Specialist to join our team. This key role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with experience in hiring and training a team of advisors. They will be responsible for selling the job opportunity to potential advisors, providing them with the necessary training and support to succeed, and tracking and evaluating their performance.
In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales and achieving corporate goals. To achieve this, they will need to provide needs-based training and motivate their team to retain top performers while improving the performance of average team members.
The Strategic Growth Specialist will also be responsible for directing their team towards reaching revenue goals and the sales funnel. This will involve going to client meetings with the advisors, imparting product and practical training, and ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong communication skillset, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and 2-4 years of prior industry-related business development experience. They will also have strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
