Seeking an Experienced Luxury Sales Professional

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in luxury real estate sales, particularly in resale transactions of high-value assets. A strong understanding of the ultra-luxury market and a well-established network of HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and resale market intermediaries are essential.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales of luxury properties, villas, and land parcels to deliver exceptional results.
  • Build and maintain trust-driven relationships with high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring seamless end-to-end transactions.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-4 years in luxury real estate sales, with a proven track record in the resale market.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of prime Mumbai markets and holiday home destinations, including Andheri-South Mumbai, Goa, Alibaug, and Lonavala.
  • Network: Established connections with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and resale market intermediaries.
