Seeking an Experienced Luxury Sales Professional
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in luxury real estate sales, particularly in resale transactions of high-value assets. A strong understanding of the ultra-luxury market and a well-established network of HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and resale market intermediaries are essential.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of luxury properties, villas, and land parcels to deliver exceptional results.
- Build and maintain trust-driven relationships with high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring seamless end-to-end transactions.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-4 years in luxury real estate sales, with a proven track record in the resale market.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of prime Mumbai markets and holiday home destinations, including Andheri-South Mumbai, Goa, Alibaug, and Lonavala.
- Network: Established connections with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and resale market intermediaries.
