Job Title: Property Sales and Marketing Specialist

As a Property Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting properties and attracting potential buyers or tenants.

  • Work with property owners or developers to list properties for sale or rent.
  • Prepare detailed property descriptions, photographs, and marketing materials to showcase the features and benefits of each property.
  • Conduct research and market analysis to identify suitable properties for clients based on their criteria.
  • Show properties to clients and provide information about each one to help them make informed decisions.
  • Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers to negotiate property prices and terms.
  • Use various marketing techniques, both online and offline, to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.
  • Handle administrative duties, such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing property databases.
