Key Role: Marketing Professional – Property Listings

About the Position

We seek a results-driven Marketing Professional to oversee our property listings on leading real estate platforms. This crucial role involves generating high-quality leads through optimized, up-to-date, and engaging listings.

This opportunity is ideal for those eager to grow in real estate marketing, digital operations, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Generate quality leads through active listings on major property portals.
  2. Upload, update, and maintain accurate property information on real estate websites.
  3. E nsure all listings are visually appealing, keyword-optimized, and refreshed regularly.
  4. Monitor analytics and lead inflow from property portals to identify trends and enhance performance.
  5. Collaborate with Sales and Telesales teams to gather inventory details and highlight key features.
  6. Test and experiment with listing formats, titles, descriptions, images, and premium features.
  7. Maintain organized records of listing activities using Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
  8. Stay current with real estate portal trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as BBA or B.Com.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to detect inconsistencies.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort with Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools (training will be provided).
  • A blend of analytical thinking and creative experimentation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
