A visionary leader is required to spearhead sales efforts in the luxury residential property market. This key role involves driving results-oriented sales strategies and fostering robust connections with channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote high-end residential properties through effective sales channels
- Maintain relationships with Channel Partners for consistent lead generation
- Regularly conduct meetings, project briefings, and site visits to drive business growth
- Optimize lead flow through the CP network and ensure timely follow-up for conversions
- Provide clients with personalized support throughout the property selection process, documentation, and closing formalities
- At least 3 years of experience in selling luxury apartments
- A strong professional network and engagement with Channel Partners
- Experience working with a real estate builder or channel partner firm is highly valued
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
