Job Overview

A visionary leader is required to spearhead sales efforts in the luxury residential property market. This key role involves driving results-oriented sales strategies and fostering robust connections with channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote high-end residential properties through effective sales channels
  • Maintain relationships with Channel Partners for consistent lead generation
  • Regularly conduct meetings, project briefings, and site visits to drive business growth
  • Optimize lead flow through the CP network and ensure timely follow-up for conversions
  • Provide clients with personalized support throughout the property selection process, documentation, and closing formalities
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in selling luxury apartments
  • A strong professional network and engagement with Channel Partners
  • Experience working with a real estate builder or channel partner firm is highly valued
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
