
Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Engagement Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal team members, clients, and vendors. They will communicate ongoing issues through the appropriate escalation process and provide timely feedback and responses to end-users.
This includes onboarding contractors efficiently, responding to inbound telephone calls, ticket requests, and email correspondence in a timely manner. The successful candidate will also utilize Vendor Management Software to troubleshoot issues and implement customized situational responses to resolve customer issues.
Additionally, they will gather relevant information on customer issues and escalate them according to standard processes. They must maintain high-quality standards and practices within the Customer Support organization and participate in special projects as assigned.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree required
- Ideal candidate has experience in recruitment (in-house, RPO, MSP, or Core HR)
- Excellent communication skills for one-on-one and group settings
- Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Strong data entry, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
