We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated customer support specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role and be eager to make a significant impact in the banking and financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone or through written channels, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and account-related questions.
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls or messages, efficiently and accurately resolving customer issues and ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service level agreements and departmental goals.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer support, with a preference for candidates from the banking or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
