Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Specialist to drive business growth through innovative paid media strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Programmatic advertising.
  • Manage campaign performance, budget allocation, and forecasting at senior leadership level.
  • Create frameworks for continuous testing and optimization, from ad creative development to conversion funnel analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Implement data-driven methodologies for attribution modeling, incrementality, and lifetime value optimization.
  • Lead and develop a team of performance marketers, fostering innovation and accountability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of scaling campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in multi-channel paid media and advanced analytics tools.
  • Strong knowledge of CRO, attribution modeling, and growth experimentation.
  • Experience in managing budgets at scale and presenting insights to senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders.
