Job Title: Telecom Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Telephony Operations Manager to enhance customer interactions, streamline operations, and drive business success by leveraging technology.

This role requires expertise in cloud-based contact center solutions such as NICE inContact, Genesis or Amazon Connect.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies aligning with organizational goals.
  • Establish implementation strategy and metrics-driven processes for quality delivery and uptime of IT infrastructure.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure and manage infrastructure-related products and services.
  • Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct testing to detect faults.

The ideal candidate will have experience with project/implementation, team management, and certifications in contact center management or NICE CXone platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years' overall experience.
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering.
  • Strong operational experience and understanding of systems maintenance, licensing, configurations and disaster recovery.
  • Ability to work effectively on multiple projects at a time.
  • 24/7 availability for remote support.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
