Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Telecom Expense Management Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in analyzing telecom inventory and billing data, generating actionable reports using Microsoft Excel, validating telecom invoices, resolving vendor and accounts payable queries, and ensuring timely payments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Data Analysis: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts) is required for this role.
  • Business Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong business communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
  • Indirect Procurement: Knowledge of indirect procurement, specifically IT hardware, software, and support contracts, is highly desirable.
  • Network Services Billing: Familiarity with network services billing is preferred.
