">Description:

This role involves overseeing expense management as a liaison between the organization and Telecom Expense Management providers. Key responsibilities include reviewing vendor invoices for accuracy, researching and reconciling aging, payment posting, and trending. The selected candidate will participate in projects to ensure billing accuracy, minimize carrier expenses, and manage disputes.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating the Telecom process to provide perpetual inventory. This includes managing processes and projects to disconnect unnecessary circuits, monitoring circuit term contracts, and evaluating renewal or expiration options. Additionally, they will capture results and publish weekly tracking reports. They will also work with the Tax Department to complete exemption forms and provide detailed records for submission.

Requirements:
  • Four years of college resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 6+ years' experience in TEM
  • Experience in all F-A sectors of Telecom like TEM, Invoice processing etc.
Responsibilities:
  1. Liaison to TEM provider
  2. Review vendor invoices for accuracy
  3. Research and reconcile vendor invoice aging, payment posting, and trending
  4. Manage dispute process to resolve inaccurate billing or non-compliance to vendor contracts
  5. Coordinate with Finance and Accounting for proper categorization of expenses
  6. Manage process and projects to disconnect unnecessary circuits
  7. Monitor circuit term contracts and evaluate for renewal or expiration
  8. Capture results and publish weekly tracking reports
  9. Work with Tax Department to complete appropriate exemption forms
