A leading organization is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to develop innovative tool design strategies and manufacture quality aids for the inspection process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive tool design strategies to meet project requirements
  • Design, review, fabricate, and qualify tools for production release
  • Collaborate with process engineers to ensure tool quality and prepare them for production use
  • Establish maintenance schedules and calibration procedures for moulds, tools, and fixtures
  • Manage CAM files and programs for manufacturing component parts
  • Design and develop quality aids such as templates, inspection jigs, go/no-go gauges, and other tools
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in CATIA and Solidworks for drafting, part design, assembly, and generative shape design
  • Strong understanding of GD&T concepts and reading technical drawings
  • Knowledge of various tools, jigs, fixtures, and patterns used in mechanical industries
  • Ability to create engineering drawings for metallic, plastic, and composite parts
  • Graduate degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering with at least 4+ years of experience in tool design for UAV/Aerospace industries
  • Proven track record of managing teams and workload distribution
