To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical leadership skills, including the ability to work hands-on in analog circuits and systems.","
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.","
  • Proven expertise in mixed-signal IC design, including transistor-level implementation, signal chain analysis, and architectural tradeoff analysis.","
  • Familiarity with advanced IC CAD tools, including top-down methodologies (e.g., VHDL, Cosim).","
