Job Title: Senior Electronics Design Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced electronics design specialist to lead the development of high-performance Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs). The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes, materials, and digital/analog circuit design.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing PCBs, resolving issues at internal or external fabricators, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. They will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-performance/bandwidth PCBs using industry-standard tools such as KiCAD, ISIS, ARES, Allegro
  • Read and interpret Electrical/Electronic Schematics
  • Generate detailed Fabrication drawings of Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) and Gerber files (Artwork)
  • Architect, design, and develop analog, digital, and RF circuit boards through fabrication and assembly drawings generation
  • Coordinate and approve PCB layout
  • Prepare BOM and fabrication documentation and follow revision control procedures
Requirements:

A relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, design, electronics engineering, embedded system engineering, ECE, or ETC is required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in using two or more PCB designing tools.

Preferred candidates will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Additionally, they should be able to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
