Our advanced technology and experienced team allow us to produce high-quality precision products for clients in India, Europe, USA, Middle-East, Singapore, and Australia. We focus on manufacturing aero engine tooling for major OEMs like CFM, RR, GE, Safran, and P&W, along with aircraft tooling for Airbus, Boeing, and Dassault. We handle a wide range of materials including aluminum, Inconel, Nimonic, stainless steels, titanium, and copper.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tooling Engineer, located in Bengaluru. The Tooling Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing tooling solutions to support the manufacturing process. Day-to-day tasks include tooling design, working with manufacturing engineering teams, overseeing injection molding processes, and using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create precise tooling designs. The Tooling Engineer will also be required to collaborate with various departments to ensure the timely and quality delivery of aerospace tooling products.

Qualifications

  • Tooling Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills
  • Experience in Manufacturing Engineering and Mechanical Engineering
  • Knowledge of Injection Molding processes
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
