As a BD Manager at Cyber Identity Solutions, you will have the opportunity to excel in a dynamic environment and play a key role in:

  • Revenue Generation: Actively pursue revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
  • Digital Marketing & Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and co-working spaces to build networks and generate business leads.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of recruiters, focusing on productivity and high performance in recruitment delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Relations
  • Pursue revenue growth through active business development and client acquisition.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps for recruitment processes and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
Talent Acquisition & Team Management
  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters, focusing on productivity and high performance in recruitment delivery.
  • Manage client relations and ensure exceptional service delivery and maintaining strong, long-lasting business relationships.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5-7 years in recruitment and business development, with proven success in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficient in recruitment software and business development tools.
  • Attributes: Highly motivated, results-driven, and committed to delivering excellence in recruitment and client service.

Compensation:

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits and bonuses.
