We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to lead the growth of our US Staffing Division.

As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients, integrators, or Tier 1 vendors in the US staffing market (IT and non-IT sectors).

You will develop and implement strategies to generate new business and expand our client base across diverse industries.

Your goal will be to consistently meet or exceed revenue and sales targets.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service delivery.

You will work independently to fulfill client requirements and collaborate closely with recruitment teams to provide timely and high-quality candidates.

Maintaining strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships is key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies
  • Identify and target potential clients and vendors
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue and sales targets
  • Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the IT staffing industry, specifically in business development
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Technical proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Excel)
  • Exceptional presentation and communication capabilities

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, plus profit-sharing opportunities based on performance and an attractive commission structure for remote roles.
