Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Switching Converter Design Lead to join our Custom product business.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading switching converter designs, a track record of pushing performance boundaries through innovation, and expertise in silicon debug.

This role requires proven leadership skills, ability to manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision, and effective project management skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead an Analog IC design with product ownership and responsibility from definition to release to manufacturing.
  • DIRECT, guide and participate in activities of a research or technical design function responsible for designing, developing, modifying and evaluating electronic parts, components, integrated circuits for a variety of applications.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional who can drive innovation and excellence in our switching converter designs. As a Design Lead, you will be responsible for choosing architectures, innovating to meet efficiency and performance requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What We Offer
