Customer Service Specialist Role

This is a pivotal position in delivering exceptional customer service, managing client relationships and ensuring the smooth operation of client projects.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate and facilitate client meetings including scheduling agenda preparation and documentation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support including maintaining client records preparing reports and managing correspondence.

To excel in this role you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration Communication or a related field.
  • Previous experience in customer service client relations or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
