The Workplace Delivery Assistant Manager is a pivotal role in shaping the Workspace team's future. This position demands an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service each time, through meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities:- Ensures resets align with agreed formats, encompassing ownership of Clear Deck policy and implementation of Lost property process.
- Monitors and manages staff performance against established criteria in Individual Performance Management.
- Clients the management and oversight of vendors for various Workspace-related services.
- Guarantees service deliverables meet SLAs and KPIs.
- Collaborates with relevant parties for timely delivery of all services.
- Conducts data analysis reports as necessary.
This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and administrative skills. The ideal candidate will possess experience in hospitality facility management and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements:- Four years of experience in hospitality facility management.
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, building, business, or related field (an added advantage).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with presentation skills.
- Able to adapt in fast-paced working environments and versatile in meeting client changing needs and requirements.
