
Workplace Experience Coordinator

- Oversee workspace management to ensure facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained, coordinating with building management and IT.
- Lead and support office expansion projects and new space fit-outs aligned with company standards.
- Build and execute a calendar of social, wellness, volunteering, and community events.
- Manage vendor relationships, including cleaners, building management, and suppliers.
- Support workplace wellbeing initiatives to foster a positive environment.
- Monitor budgets and timelines for workplace-related initiatives.
- Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and proactive communication while supporting daily office operations.
- 4+ years of experience in workplace experience, office management, facilities, or hospitality events management.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable with Google Suite, Slack, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience managing vendor relationships and supporting office expansion projects.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
- Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.
