Service Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Service Management Professional to lead our support service operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing teams, coordinating projects, and maintaining high technical and professional standards.

  • Plan and coordinate various phases of the support service, including staff requirements, client engagement, and quality control.
  • Coordinate and participate in monitoring and review of service delivery to ensure it meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to provide excellent client service throughout the year.
  • Maintain high technical and professional standards, promoting and upholding firm policies and procedures.
  • Develop, motivate, and train staff level team members, advising on career development.
  • Participate in design and delivery of training programs to continually develop and expand knowledge and expertise through learning opportunities.
  • Proactively anticipate and address concerns and escalate issues as they arise.
  • Maintain own professional development through ongoing education/development opportunities.
  • Participate in a range of projects and collaborate with multiple teams, demonstrating critical thinking, problem solving, initiative, and timely completion of work.
