Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Senior Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about tax consulting and have a strong desire to grow with a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert tax advice and support to clients, developing a deep understanding of their business needs and goals.
  • Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely completion and exceptional quality.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, exceeding their expectations through excellent communication and service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business success.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in public accounting or a combination of public accounting and industry/law.
  • Undergraduate degree in business (accounting, economics, finance, etc.) or a degree in the sciences (computer science, engineering, biology, chemistry, or physics).
  • Strong social skills, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Natural curiosity and ability to take detailed notes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extremely organized and responsive, with good judgment and proficiency in MS Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional certification as CPA or state bar admission.
  • 1-2 years of experience working within credits, incentives, or methods.
  • Masters in Accounting or other business-related field; MBA, MST, JD/LLM.
