Job Title: Strategic Financial Leader


We are seeking a Senior Manager/Associate Director Technical Accounting to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounting and finance operations of global entities, reporting to the India Controller.

  • Preparing and finalizing financial statements, including notes to accounts involving multiple subsidiaries and multicurrency consolidation as per US GAAP and public accounting standards.
  • Leading month-end closure activities and ensuring accuracy and completeness with regards to balance sheet schedules.
  • Leading the technical accounting function of the organization, drafting memoranda, and implementing new standards.
  • Supporting various aspects of integrated audits, including planning, pre-audit kick-off meetings, interim testing activities, and managing audit requests.

The ideal candidate should have a CA or CPA equivalent with 6-8 years of experience in a software or hi-tech industry, handling and mentoring a team, and experience in public companies or big 4 audit firms. NetSuite experience is a plus.

Responsibilities also include improving the financial reporting process within the organization, complying with SOX audit regulations, and managing information flow to ensure accurate and timely reporting. The successful candidate should possess exceptional judgment, time management ability, and unimpeachable integrity.

  • Experience in a public company or a big 4 audit firm.
  • NetSuite experience a plus.
  • Experience with the design and implementation of accounting policies and procedures and internal controls.
