Strategic Finance Leader

The Director of Strategic Finance plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through informed decision-making and strategic planning. Leading a team of finance professionals, this individual will develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and performance tracking to support market expansion.
Primary Responsibilities:- Design and implement data-driven management information (MI) and analytics to inform business strategy and drive sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver actionable insights and optimize business outcomes.
- Establish industry best practices for efficiency, accuracy, and control in finance processes.
- Build and lead high-performing finance teams focusing on capability development and employee engagement.
- Advanced degree in Finance or related field, combined with 12+ years' experience in FP&A within banking or financial services.
- Proven ability to align financial insights with business strategy and influence senior-level decision-making.
- Experience managing cross-functional finance teams globally, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- High proficiency in data interpretation, scenario analysis, and driving outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
