Job Title

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Expert Leader to join our team. As a key member of the IT organization, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of SAP solutions across the business.

This leadership position requires a deep understanding of SAP finance processes and expertise in leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve financial performance and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SAP finance, including experience with FI/CO modules, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement SAP finance strategies: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop targeted solutions that drive business value.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams: Collaborate with IT, business, and other stakeholders to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical expertise: Share your knowledge and expertise with others to ensure effective use of SAP finance solutions across the business.
  • Drive process improvements: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • SAP finance expertise: Minimum 10+ years of experience working with SAP finance solutions, including FI/CO modules.
  • Leadership experience: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical skills: Strong technical skills, including experience with SAP finance tools and methodologies.
