Quality Assurance Specialist

This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of processes and products in a fast-paced environment.

About The Role
  • Participate in client calls to understand quality requirements from both process and target perspectives.
  • Identify methods to achieve quality targets and implement them with operations management.
  • Provide feedback and updates on daily errors as per protocol.
  • Evaluate correction of errors by operations associates and coach employees to minimize errors.
  • Contribute to training curriculum development based on common mistakes made.
  • Test files and batches for new clients or processes during familiarization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Generate quality reports daily.
  • Meet or exceed inspection efficiency, calibration, knowledge, and skills scores.
  • Record identified errors for organizational use.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in quality assurance, coaching, and training.
  • Minimum 1.5 years of professional experience.
  • Sound knowledge of concepts related to the industry.
  • Critical problem-solving and issue resolution skills.
  • Good product and process knowledge.
  • Analytical and judgmental skills.
  • Quality feedback and refresher sessions.
