Process Improvement Expert

We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving process excellence and improving efficiency across our operations.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality and process improvement, with a proven track record of leveraging continuous improvement methodologies to drive business results. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, developing and implementing solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive cultural change.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives that drive business results and improve customer experience.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions.
  3. Lead process improvement projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and effective results.
  4. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Communicate process improvements and results to stakeholders, including senior leadership and functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in quality and process improvement, with a focus on banking/financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of Six Sigma and LEAN methodologies, as well as good awareness of RPA/Digital technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop creative solutions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate results to stakeholders.
