Hiring squad is looking for an experienced quality professional with a solid background in international voice domain to drive continuous improvement and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive process control, compliance, and innovation initiatives within the account.
- Evaluate transaction quality interventions and implement improvements.
- Manage quality management processes and frameworks to enhance delivery.
- Accurately capture SLA/SLO metrics and reporting needs of clients.
- Generate out-of-the-box ideas and process improvement initiatives.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a quality lead or supervisor.
- 5+ years of experience in the BPO sector.
- Experience handling a team of quality analysts.
- Strong knowledge of quality matrices and tools.
- Excellent understanding of transactional quality domain.
- Quality leadership skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with quality matrices and tools.
- Knowledge of TTQ systems, tools, and technologies.
Candidates should have a deep understanding of quality principles and be able to drive continuous improvement.
