As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for promoting the hotel's image and services to the general public, customers, and local community. Your role will focus on gaining positive exposure through mass media and building a strong presence in the market by maintaining excellent relationships with the press and local organizations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop in-depth knowledge of the hotel's products and services.
- Promote all hotel offerings, including rooms, catering, banquets, and other services.
- Support relevant departments in achieving revenue targets through marketing initiatives.
- Manage the hotel's advertising budget and external advertising plans.
- Coordinate communication strategies for hotel activities across all operational departments.
- Ensure the hotel maintains a strong online presence in primary source markets.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with media outlets (press, radio, digital media).
- Oversee all hotel printed materials to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date hotel information across all digital platforms.
- Monitor and respond promptly to guest reviews across various online platforms.
- Plan and execute public relations activities, ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI).
- Oversee the design, quality, and consistency of all marketing materials.
- Manage targeted marketing databases and drive hotel promotional campaigns.
- Track marketing expenditures to optimize investment returns.
- Collaborate with other departments and external organizations to support hotel projects.
- Assist with photography, videography, and media interviews for both domestic and international outlets.
- Maintain updated promotional kits and media galleries.
- Regularly engage with local media to promote the hotel's visibility.

- Well-organized, detail-oriented, with strong administrative capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with local and national media.
- Fluent in spoken and written English (to meet business requirements).
- Resourceful, creative, adaptable, and able to maintain flexibility under pressure.
