Dynamics 365 Consultant: Deliver Exceptional Business Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 online configuration, customized development, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions using Dynamics 365 online, enhancing existing ones to meet business needs.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain C#/.NET plugins, particularly Azure-aware plugins, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
  • Implement JavaScript/jQuery customizations for form logic, UI enhancements, and client-side integrations to elevate user experience.
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate flows, guaranteeing efficient D365 automation and orchestration across the organization.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and vendors using third-party APIs, fostering data exchange and collaboration.
  • Support and augment existing Dynamics configurations, custom extensions, and daily reporting, ensuring accurate insights and informed decision-making.
  • Uphold CRM best practices through solution design, vendor integrations, version control, testing, and deployment, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Align technical designs with Microsoft's product roadmap to ensure scalability, upgradability, and future-proof solutions.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps and GIT for source control, CI/CD pipeline setups, and deployment automation, streamlining development and deployment processes.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues collaboratively, providing expert guidance and technical mentorship to colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years' hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (online) configuration and customized development.
  • At least 3 years' experience developing C#/.NET plugins, including Azure-aware plugins.
  • At least 5 years' experience in JavaScript/jQuery customization within D365 CE.
  • At least 3 years in Power Automate flows implementation and maintenance.
  • At least 3 years working with Azure services/components and Plugins integrated with Azure.
  • At least 3 years in API integration with third-party systems.
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps, GIT, and automation/tooling for version control and deployments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a collaborative mindset.
