Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 administrator to oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our organization's Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing optimization, troubleshooting, and resolving system-related issues, as well as leading IT projects, integrations, and migrations. They should be able to analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.

A successful candidate will possess excellent working knowledge of MS SQL databases, Microsoft Power BI, and Azure Cloud. They will also have experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT ERP applications and infrastructures across various technologies.

Beyond technical skills, the candidate should demonstrate exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment. They will be expected to monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels and make recommendations for improving current business processes and controls.

This role involves designing and deploying new IT applications, systems, and services, while maintaining existing infrastructure with minimal disruption to operations. It requires strong analytical skills to troubleshoot software applications related to internal IT applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain D365 environment with minimal disruption to operations
  • Lead company IT projects including design and deployment of new IT applications, systems, and services
  • Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels and make recommendations for improving current business processes and controls
  • Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
  • Troubleshoot software applications related to internal IT applications

Incumbent Profile :

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 IT professional with at least 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, expert in finance & operation, Microsoft Azure Cloud, S & D, purchase, inventory, production, accounts & finance modules
  • Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT ERP applications and infrastructures across various technologies
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS SQL databases, Microsoft Power BI, Azure Cloud an added advantage
